So here is my boyfriend ( o11 ) and I dressing up as goths and getting a mall style portrait taken. I’m really glad we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
So I may have steady work for for a while (hopefully) shooting products for a clothing company in NYC. I really want to use someone their stuff in my personal work, but we’ll see how much they like me. They had me come in and shoot for them for a two days. This is one of my favorite things thing I shot thus far.
Well this has been a low tech two weeks. I ended up spending some time with my family with no internet and no photoshop! I did a photoshoot with a MASSIVE candy necklace that I made. I can’t even look at the raw files yet but I will next week when I have my computer. They look pretty cool from what I can see. Thanks to the lovely Kat Porter for modeling for me.
I L-O-V-E your photos! They are absolutely fantastic, congrats!
Thank you! They are my labor of love.
Okay I have officially started my candy pattern series! This will be the first of many that I plan to make for society6 items. You can check out my society6 here, but be warned there’s only one image so far, but man does it look awesome on things! I’m really excited about these.

My boyfriend made a Patreon! If you don’t know what that is, it’s like kickstarter for artists but you only give them money when they complete things. He’s working on a few comics right now, so if you like epic mythos and potentially NSFW comic, then help support him! You can literally just give a dollar and you get to see amazing comics out of it.

I’m going to try and post a new photograph every week to keep me shooting. This week I’m shooting my boyfriend's jewelry, he has a far more cohesive collection than I do. But then again neither one of us seem to stick to gender roles, so I don't have much to compare to anyway…

You are far from square(AMAZING). just like to know what inspires you.
Thank you! Good to know I’m not a square, though I am a bit of a geek. To be honest, color. I’m obsessed with color. I joke that if I could live color as a lifestyle I would, but it’s sort of true. I dress in only primary colors, secondary colors and black and white. There is just something magical for me about the relations certain colors have with each other; as if they are meant for each other or they despise each other. My boyfriend teases me and says I’m hyper sensitive to light and color, but maybe he’s right?
I also have a total boner for texture, geometric patterns, symmetry, ink illustrations, asymmetrical balance, accessories, textiles and of course…
So excited to be seeing more of your work. It's very beautiful and inspiring.
Thank you, I’m excited about making work for myself again. I’m glad there are people who still follow me and still think I’m inspiring when I was quiet for so long.
I have a question! So I have decided to get a Society6. Right now I’m thinking of making a body of work that looks like traditional patterns, but are made out of candy and brightly colored things. I think that will lend itself to being put on bags and things.
To those who don’t know Society6 is a website that prints art onto tote bags and mugs and other merch, it also does art prints. They pay for the printing and shipping and I get a cut, if you haven’t checked it out, you should.
SO! What types of images would you like to see on my Society6?
I’m alive! Okay life update! I moved again. I now live in Jersey city with my boyfriend and I’m pursuing more steady photo work. I’ve mostly posted personal work on tumblr but I’ve been doing mostly freelance for a while and I never shared my photos of electronics and wine glasses and salad tong (I gotta eat!) because it seemed boring I guess? So long story short I’m going to start shooting for me again and to start off here is my new set of dishes from my new apartment! Thank you to all the followers that stayed, you guys are awesome!
I’m really glad everyone is enjoying my plates, I’m especially enjoying reading all the little stories and blurbs that go along with the reblogs. I got them in and unopened box from a retirement home treasure sale for $8! It even had a little sweepstakes mail in entry form in the box that expired in 1982. I’m glad they are taking some of you down memory lane.
